Centro de Dia Santo André Avelino Celebrates Christmas with Distinguished Guests

On 11th December, the Centro de Dia Santo André Avelino, based at the Luso Africa Club in Primrose, Germiston, hosted its annual Christmas party, offering a memorable afternoon for the local Portuguese senior community.

The event was graced by distinguished figures, including the new Consul-General of Portugal in Johannesburg, Dr. Afonso Laginha, who demonstrated his commitment to the community by actively participating in the festivities. The President of the Luso Africa Club, Joaquim Melo, was also present, further strengthening the ties between the club and the day centre.
