África do Sul

It seems that no matter what the world throws at us, you can’t keep a good man (or woman) down! Looking at the things that people are doing, I found a group that is working on their health and fitness, along with their good humour.

As they point out – there is no load shedding when it comes to going out hiking! They hold an eleven-kilometre and fifteen-kilometre hike, the last of which was on the 3rd of July, in Klipriviersberg in Johannesburg. They have a great group that gathers to do the hike. As they say: “N├úo h├í gente como a gente”. They are planning another hike on the 7th of August.

There is nothing like some good exercise to get the blood flowing and to release some frustrations. Of course, it is all good for the health, so if you are interested in a little bit of healthy outdoors, then you certainly have to give this one a try.

According to what we hear about it, you will likely see several kinds of animals during the walk through the nature reserve, which just adds to the fun of the hike. Naturally, these things are way more fun in a group. The hike is organised by Tony Sousa, who is a computer man at work, but does a great deal with sports and fitness as his passion, and he is very welcoming and will certainly be glad of any and all people that join up for the day.
